Dear Colleagues,

We are organising a minisymposium in ICNAAM 2005 ( International
Conference of Numerical Analysis and Applied Mathematics ) which will
be held in Rhodes ( Hotel Esperides ), GREECE, during the time period,
12 - 16 September 2005. It will be basically focused on computational
methodology for the solution of optimal control problems and also for
the solution of the multivariate problems especially coming from the
applications in sciences and engineerings. Amongst these, we can list
a few most important topics below although other varieties are also
acceptable depending on the content of the subject:

  1. Optimal Control Problems in Classical Dynamics,

  2. Optimal Control Problems in Quantum Dynamics,

  3. Stability Issues in Optimal Control Problems,

  4. Qualitative and Quantitative Aspects of Robustness in Optimal Control Problems, Factor Analysis,

  5. High Dimensional Model Representations,

  6. Factorized High Dimensional Model Representations,

  7. Hybrid High Dimensional Model Representations,

  8. Generalized High Dimensional Model Representations,

  9. Multipolar Expansion Based Methods,

  10. Partitioning of Multivariate Data to Lessvariate Data Sets,

  11. Data Completion ( Data Set Regularization, Data Mining )

  12. Optimized Univariate Representations for Multivariate Data,

  13. Time-Dependent Schroedinger Equations,

  14. Multivariate Time-Independent Schroedinger Equations,

  15. Liuouville Equation,

  16. Computational Techniques in Variational Problems,

  17. Computational Complexity of Newly Presented Methods.

You can get access to the home page of conference through the URL:
http://www.uop.gr/~icnaam. We are constructing a small web site for
this minisymposia and announce its address soon.

Early applications result in early acceptations and early registra-
tion. And you can pay reduced registration fees depending on your re-
gistration date. The discount in the fee gradually decreases until the
deadline, 31 May 2005. You can get more information about these and
related points from the web site of the conference whose URL has been
given above.

The applications for the minisymposium should be directly sent to
the organiser whose e-mail adress is demiralp@be.itu.edu.tr.
You can
use same address for other contacts related to the minisymposium. When
applying to minisymposium, you need to send the your presentation's
extended abstract file in according to the format specified in the home
page of the conference (www.uop.gr/~icnaam). You are going to be noti-
fied about the review result of your presentation as soon as possible.

Best Regards,

PS: PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS MAIL. USE ADDRESS:
demiralp@be.itu.edu.tr. And please circulate this announcement to your
colleagues or to persons who may concern.
